A Father / Daughter Moment…

Creating a unique reception experience is about taking the expected, and putting in slight modifications to create the unexpected.  The father/daughter dance is a perfect example.

Most people have seen plenty of father/daughter dances.  But here is where we make it more personal.

We can edit the beginning of the song to extend the intro.  As everyone is expecting the dance to begin, a pre-recorded message comes over the Bose sound system.  It’s the bride, saying a heartfelt message to her dad.  As the short message comes to a conclusion, the music slowly fades in and the father/daughter dance elegantly begins.

It takes what is typically a moment of ‘expectation’ and turns it on its side.
